Hi, Bridgette! You are losing ahead of me - I am right behind you. I weighed yesterday and was 201 1/2 lbs. So close! I am not a fast loser, so it has taken me longer even though I am trying to follow the protocol as close as I can... I had my surgery on April 25th of this year and I guess I have lost about 38 lbs, but it sure feels wonderful, doesn't it? I didn't have as much to lose as others, however, I have several co-morbidities that made it possible for me to have WLS.
