I too am glad for you. I am also waiting to get off the 2's. Hope you continue to feel better and keep loosing. I'd like to know how do you feel about the protein drinks, and drinking all tha****er? I am so trying to do it but it is so difficult at times. I guess that's why I haven't lost much more. Also I hurt my knees and I hardly exercise. What can I do?

I know what you mean about the protein drinks. I found 4 ways that I could deal with it! I use unflavored protien powder from Quixstar. I don't know if the brand matters or not. But, I put it in fruit smoothies, sugar free pudding and Carniation Instant Breakfast (no sugar added). The other thing I use are Energy Bars from Quixstar. They are low in sugar & fat and high in protein. I usually can't eat more than 1/2 a bar at a time, but they taste good & add protein.
About your knees. Go to the pool! You can walk, jump, swim whatever. The water gives you resistance so it helps build muscle and it gives you support so it will be easier on the knees.
