Confused????
I'm not sure on the carbs, but have been keeping track of my foods. I'm getting between 50 -80 carbs a day and seem to be doing alright. All of those carbs come from dairy, veggies and fruit. I don't eat bread, crackers and very seldom potatoes.
I have eaten salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, celery, carrots. Just remember to chew, chew, chew and be careful of the dressings you use. If you are glucose or fat sensitive, some have lots of sugar and fat.
