Confession time
Ok so I hit a mile stone 5 days ago.... I had lost 50lbs! Notice I said HAD not have..... I took a 5 day vacation from eating right and as of today, my 2 month anniv. I am only down 47 lbs now. Yep thats right... I gained 3 lbs in the last 5 days!! True I ate a bunch of crap.... I didnt overeat...NEVER GOT SICK! I just snacked on and ate for my meals BAD CHOICES. IT SUCKS, that I can eat anything and everything (just smaller portions) with no ill affects.. I ate icecream, fastfood, chips...you name it.... I am back on track today and this was a huge reality check that this is a TOOL not magical. I did measure and have lost some more inches and I took a pic today (for my 2 months) and I think you can see some progress (check my profile out if ya want.).but sheeesh.... am I the only one that has gone such a long stretch (5 days 6 days if you include the doughnut the day before too...) before you got back on track????

*back to 59 lbs to go
Hi Christy,
I hear you about eating anything....I can also eat sugar and just about anything Id like to without dumping or just puking. After eating a chocolate chip cookie last week(eeek!) I realized too that this is a TOOL, not a cure and I was back on track thankfully. If I make sure I start off my day with either a yogurt or protein shake for breakfast, then I can bet my day will be successful...if I start my day eating at 1pm because Ive been so damn busy, then my day is going to suck with getting in the right foods and making sure all my fluids are in.
I saw your profile, you do look fantastic! You can see a DEFINATE change in your body. Great job! Dont beat yourself up on what you DID, just focus on what your going to do and focus on making everyday positive as it can be. If you fall off, start over the next day but dont be too hard on yourself...your making a LIFE change and nothing that is that important is NEVER easy.
Purrs,

Hugggz Dee! And thank you so much for the response! I am really surprised I am the only one on this board thats fallen so hard for so long this soon out. I posted this on the mail message board and got SEVERAL responses of people going through or have gone through this same thing, so I am not alone. Thank you also for the compliment on my transformation so far! Good job to you on your will power and success so far! Thanks for the support!

Hey, Christi, don't beat yourself up. It happens. I have to keep reminding myself--they didn't do surgery on our heads. I am playing with 3 lbs for about a week now. I was .2lb from breaking the 400 barrier and now am 2.8lbs from breaking it. And, I haven't eaten or done anything I shouldn't. Stuff just happens. It is bumming me out a little, but I just keep doing what I know I should and know that it will happen, but not necessarily on the time table I would like.
Congratulate yourself on what you have done right and move on. You will win this battle.
