How much has everybody lost????
4/20/05 and have lost 53 lbs as of today. As far as food, it's not really much of anything anymore. I have tried to eat out several times and it is always horrible. I am doing protein shakes for breakfast, grilled chicken salad or something like that for lunch, and usually a turkey burger for supper. I still love food and wish I could eat the things I used to eat, of course in moderation, but now everytime I try they are horrible I guess that is just as well, though Oh and I really enjoy Edy's no sugar added fruit bars, they have alot more flavor than SF popsicles, raspberry is my favorite!
I weighed last week and was down a little over 40 lbs. been doing good this week and getting in more activities, but not sure how much down now. I have to see the dr tomorrow because was throwing up a little blood last week, and he put me back on liquid diet. Doing pretty good for the most part, only throwing up a few times a week, which may sound bad, but its good for me. will keep updating my site frequently.
