Hi Teresa, we had surgery the same day. I've been doing well with weight loss and eating - finally! Eating was problematic for me for a long time. I'm pretty satisfied with a half of a sandwich made with sugar free bread, a slice of Healthy Choice turkey, a little tomato, lettuce and some mustard. I can't tolerate mayo anymore. I eat oatmeal, can do tacos from fast food and fill the void with some cashews. Once I learned how to make myself focus on chewing and chew until there was nothing left, things got sooo much better for me

I feel I'm losing slowly, too. RNY on April 27th, and down almost 40 pounds. BUT - I'm down from a 20 pant to a very comfortable size 14 and a tight 12 jean that does NOT stretch. Judy

I had surgery on April 12th and am down 51 pounds. 92lbs total with the presurgery weight I lost. I have been in a plateau lately though. It would be interesting to hear what everyone is eating these days.
