What about the scars and swelling??

Hello everyone, Can anyone tell me if the scars on your stomach ever go away? I have 5; which are around my stomach. I put Coco Butter and Aleo Vera on them, but does anyone else have a remedy? Also, my stomach is still swollen. When will it go down or will it ever? I am 8 weeks out and just want to know... thank you to those *****spond!!! I realy appreciate it.

Some of my scars are completely gone and I had the surgery 1 1/2 months ago. I use Palmer's cocoa butter. As far as the swelling I never really had any.

I had swelling the first 2 weeks but it has gone away, as for the scars they are slowly fading, I dont use anything except Bath & Body Works lotions on them. Protein aids in wound healing, so I guess the increased protein has helped with scarring. Sandy
