I would say calcium is needed in your diet. If you can't drink milk, try soymilk, they have chocolate and vanilla, and I use chewable calciums, I take 2 a day. Stormy 346/291/151

I work for a dentist and have been in the field for awhile now. I doubt it has anything to do with protein, I know it doesn't. Calcium, maybe but also doubt it. What condition were your teeth in prior to wls? The two likely causes of this problem #1 being the . Vomit is full of acid which will corrode your teeth, and it doesn't take long. After you vomit brush your teeth immediatly with WATER ONLY!!!!! No toothpaste. Stay away form listerine as it is to harsh for your gum tissues, or at leas****er it down. The sonicare is a very good brush by the way also my favorite is the oral B. It's worth the investment. And the 2nd reason could be because of grinding. I would call your dentist who can correctly diagnos you and also figure out how to prevent anymore teeth from breaking. I would definitly recommend a flouride supplement. It comes in a rinse and a toothpaste that is prescription only, I can't think of the name right now. Good luck Kristy
