My doctor has added vitamin B-complex to the mix and that seems to help. They are actually energy boosters and Walmart sells the liquid that you hold under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow. My doctor says that they are noticing alot of b vitamin deficiencies with this surgery. Try it, it cant hurt.

I'm tired too but it is less as I'm sleeping better. My protein is about 60-70mg/day. I know it should be 80-150 but I also realize it isn't possible till I can eat more (I do drink a 25mg. protein shake/day -- do you?) I'm joining a gym on Fri. & will be on the bike or treadmill 3-4 times/week. If you feel you're ready (and only if you really feel ready) then think about this. It took me 7 weeks till I really felt I could do it. Take care, A

UMMM I have never heard of having your protien at 80-150, I do know you should have it at 60-70, and if you get more thats okay....but I would like to know where you found the info on 80-150? I wonder if I am wrong...? I have had two different doctors tell me 60-70.
