jennifer
Hey Jennifer, I'm eating 5 small meals a day. Never more than 4 ounces at a time. I have eaten just about every kind of meat. Really haven't found anything that I cannot tolerate. Most of my meals are meat and cheese. I buy string cheese and little pieces of cheddar. I stick some fruit in about once every couple days. I drink 2 cups up skim milk everyday but I have always been a big milk drinker. I need to do better on my water though. I find it hard to get in all my liquids during the day most days. You are doing great! I can't wait to weigh in the "200's" hopefully that will be by next week!!!
Keep in Touch!
Kim
Kim..my surgery was 4/5 but I havent taken any photos yet..you look great ..I can really see the difference in the tummy, butt and face and legs! I should do the same. What do the #s mean..367/350/302/175?
I see them alot. By the way, we weighed about the same pre-op I was 330 lbs and now 284.
Julia
Julia, thank you! The numbers are what I weighed before the pre-surgery program, then before surgery, then now, and my goal. Most people only do 3 weights but I stick that other one in there since my highest was 367. You should take some pictures!! It's a good pat on the back to give yourself and you are doing great!!! Keep up the good work!
Kim
Congratulations Kim. Great job. I'm almost 8 weeks out and I've lost 27 pounds. I'm a slow loser.
I'm really okay with it. I started out at 208. I didn't have to lose anything before surgery, but I couldn't gain anything either. I'm only 5' 1 1/2" so it's a lot of me to carry.
Keep up the great work....
Nancy
