Yay!! 25 lbs. down, out 3 wks!

Hi all! I just wanted to yell it from the roof tops that I lost 25 lbs. that is forever gone from my body!!! I have 4 more days until my 4 weeks out and I have upped my exercise routine to an extra hour each day...I guess it worked! Its not that I didn't think it was going to work...I mean I knew, I hoped, I prayed that this was the tool I finally needed to get healthy and its actually happening!! WOOOOHOOOO!!! LOL, Im a little excited!

Congrats on your 25 lbs. I have lost 25 lbs too. I had the surgery Apr 27th. What exercise routine are you doing?? I was walking - but haven't exercised in 5 days b/c I have been packing and just moved over the weekend. Are you drinking the protein shakes?? I can't drink them, they make me gag... any suggestions?? Thanks Crystal

Hi Crystal, I had my surgery April 26th! We are right in the same time frame. Congrats on your 25 lb. weight loss also!!! I am doing water aerobics 4 times a week. I had the lap, not open so my insicions are healed enough to go in the water. I LOVE it! Believe me, I was gagging down my protien shakes too, before I found the right one...My protien shakes are from GNC. It is 100% Whey protien, strawberry flavor. I use Carb Smart Fat Free milk, add a few frozen strawberries, some mandarine oranges (rinsed), unsweetened crushed pineapple and a half of banana (a whole is too many carbs). It is delicious!!! I start drinking it in the morning and I usually fini**** by 8ish PM. It gives me 85-90 grams of protien just from the shake. I am trying to get all my water in..but Im usually just doing 40 ounces, but I am trying to up it each day till I get to 64 ounces. Hope this helps! Be well!
