fruit juice?
Hey there Cheryl-
I am not allowed to have any juice on my plan (too many calories per serving and too much sugar according to my nutritionist). My surgeon is VERY strict.
I will say that Tropicanna has an Orangeade drink that is made with real fruit juice but somehow it does not have calories or sugars or carbs- it does have a lot of vitamin C so it is my new friend. Other than that- no juice for me.
Good luck!!

I drink Welch's Low Cal/Low Carb juice. It is made with Splenda and has 15 calories. It comes in the single serving size/6-pack. They have White Grape/Rasberry, Lemonade, and Strawberry/Kiwi. I also drink diet v8 juice, and the low carb orange juice. I love juice and am glad to find these in the grocery store. The Welch's is my favorite.
