Now that you are eating regular food - What are you eating?
Once I figured out I was eating too fast, I haven't had too big a problem. However, I want to expand my menus somewhat. I am still only eating protein because on somethings 2oz is about my limit. I don't do fish, but I will eat crab and shrimp. I am getting bored of roast chicken, ground turkey and shell fish - I don't want to look at the pureed food at this point.
What are you guy's making? any interesting ways of preparing the foods I listed. I'm not tired of crabcakes yet but I can't eat them everyday.

I have been craving wendy's chili so my mom brought me some and after 2 bites I was done !! I got hungry later and finished the small chili with no problems!! I also make white chicken chili in the crock pot and have no problems with that. My nut says to blend it but that grosses me out, because I cook it for 6-8 hours it is very tender and moist.
Take 2 frozen chicken breasts, 1 large jar of Randall's northern beans, and 1 jar of your favorite salsa crock pot for 6-8 hours top with low fat cheese or fat free sour cream it is YUMMY and I freeze the left overs in small containers for lunch. I plan to stick with what works and try to get in my liquid for now until I don't feel so sick!! I haven't figured out the protein per serving but it has to have a good amount !! Hope this helps !!
