Where Do You Purchase Your Vitamins Etc.?
Hi Everyone!
I was just wondering where I can purchase vitamins, protein drinks, and supplements from online stores, at a good price. I've purchased some products online from vendors that advertised on this website. However, I think I can find the same type of products at a less expensive price elsewhere. So if you know of any good online health food or sports and nutrition stores that carry items that are useful to use after wls, please let me know. Thanks!
Be well,

Hello Cheryl,
You are doing great I posted a reply for you last week. I would check to see if you can get some samples first because some of the stuff out there taste like crap. I get most of my supplies from Cosco and Wal-Mart. But I do the best when I get the samples first and I am not wasting my money on stuff that I try once or twice and hate it after that.
My Dr.'s office game me a sample of Vitamist and it was not that bad. try it.
take care

Hi Cheryl,
I buy my vitamins (Childrens Gummi Vites, EXACTLY like gummi bears! and taste so good) at Sam's. 200 for around $8.00. I take 2 in the morning, 2 at night to get in an adult dosage and they are so good sometimes I nibble on extras during the day I might be wrong but I never heard of anyone overdosing on multi vitamins just yet. I get my chewable iron and chewable calcium citrate from Bariatric Advantage (bariatricadvantage.com ) . These are not cheap to me but with having a very low iron count, and taking iron 3x a day these are perfect for me, chewable with a pleasant taste and very small. I get my sublingual B12 and sublingual Biotin from our local healthfood store ( mannagrocery.com ). Protein stuff I get from GNC. They have most of their protein powders on sale right now. I bought a $50.00 canister of ISOPURE mix ( 50 gm protein per serving) for 25.00 and it is a BIG canister that will last me for months. They also have sample packets to buy and I was told they would let you sample before you buy, I do know they will accept opened items on return if you are not satisified with them. Manna Grocery also has a protein mix called Ketojuice, which has 23 gm protein per serving. Its more like a juice than a milk shake and they do have samples you may be able to order from their website.
Hugs,
Sandy
