11 days post op....down 17 lbs!

I had my first post op appt yesterday and found out i lost 17lbs in 11 days. That was some great news. I seems like it took me forever to lose that much before surgery. I am now down 31 lbs in total. I am like a lot of new post ops, I am sick of the liquid diet but its just another phase. Only 2 more days until i am on stage III.

Congradulations Rachel you've done awesome you've got to be feeling so good about now I'm 12 days post-op and my first dr's appt is tommorow then i'll find out how much i've lost i'm excited about that!! Continued success on your journey Kriss

Hey Kriss, Let me know how ya did at your 1st follow up appt with your doctor. I am sure you did great!!

Congratulations! It took me 1 month to lose that post op! I am losing really slowly.
