Help! Need some Puree recipies..a little worried.
Tifany, your blender is your friend. I have a Braun hand blender which I can't recommend enough. I've found that I can puree almost anything without problem. I'm particularly fond of the Stouffer's Tuna casserole among other dishes. Just cook it up, put it in a bowl, add a bit of water and blend it with the hand blender. It tastes great, goes down nice, stays down. You can probably do this with almost any kind of food (and with the problems I'm having lately, I may go back to that). If it's in the frozen food section and you can grind it up or blend it, go for it. Oatmeal is also wonderful with cinnamon & Splenda
