1 month out today - 30 lbs lost!

I would have never been able to loose 30 lbs in one month without the surgery. I hope month two goes just as well....

congrats on your WT lose , i share you excitment.. i am 1 mo post op and down 36 lbs...my Dr tells me to expect a slow down for the next month..and then the pounds will start to fall off again after that....CONGRATS AGAIN SMILES, Dorie
