I just barfed for the first time.
So, if anybody wants to know what that's like, it's not as bad as I thought it would be. It's nothing like how it used to be. I don't know what happened, had a little very well chewed chicken, felt it kind of stuck, and that was that. How weird!
Okay sooo.. chicken hasn't been a problem, but something didn't work there. Just don't fear the barf. It's nothing.

Is that not the most bizarre thing?? Yup, chicken off the list! I finally found some *real* small curd cottage cheese (4% but it's good) and it's tiny curds and goes down sooo nice. I did see that article today about grains and women's hearts and will make it a point to make some home-made applesauce too now that I have a new food processor I think hubby has some expectations I've been having oatmeal in the morning with splenda and cinnamon, that's always very satisfying and healthy too.
The feeling.. it's not even nausea! I think the thing that makes it so weird is that the part of your stomach that normally feels really bad isn't there anymore. So you have this little pouch that kind of whispers "I'm gonna blow!" and you just go and open your mouth and let it go. Blech!
