Well here I am, I made it. Surgery went as planned with no complications. Thank you so much to all of you who had their thoughts and prayers for me and my family. I am home now. still pretty sore, but able to move around, and looking forward to my 3 week post-op visit to get weighed. cant wait to see how much weight i will have lost in just that small amount of time. thanks again for all your support

Hi,Anita, I had my RNY on 4-25-05. The first 4 days, I thought I was gonna die but I feel much better now. All I can complain about is feeling a little less strong than normal and a sore spot in my tummy. Otherwise, can't wait to chew!!!! Take care. Gerry
