I'm home!!!!!
hey Nancy!
Welcome home!!! I saw this post on the main message board and I agree that you should probably check with the doc on the shortness of breath stuff.
I was home for a few hours the first day and ended up re-admitted cause I couldn't stop throwing up..nasty stuff it was!
Now I have an infection at one of the incision sites, but it's on the mend too, so I'm feeling pretty good. Lost 17.9 pounds in 15 days!

Nancy, I knew I had gained in the hopsital too, when my loose pants were tight. I weighed myself when I got home and I had gained 7 pounds. I can already tell that I have lost some of that. I have to take a fluid pill for high blood pressure, and I have been a frequent visitor to the bathroom today!
I am very sore too, and walk like an old man when I first get up, but I finally gave in and took my Percocets. No sense letting the pain get ahead of me. Takes that much longer for it to work.
The important thing is that we did it!! God watched over us and kept us safe. For that I will be forever grateful.
Take care and keep us informed of your recovery.
