My surgeon recommended ProComplex before and after surgery. I drink a chocolate shake in the morning mixed with water and 1/2 banana. It is delish and it has 55g protein. I buy it at GNC, but I'm sure it is available many places. Judy

Im STILL searching for one I like , none taste all that good to me, the milk based flavors are making me . I found a fruity clear flavored drink last night at GNC. It is 3.50 a bottle but it has 40 gm protein a serving. ISOPURE. I tried the Apple Melon and it was refreshing. I bought a sample of the strawberries n cream  didnt like it this morning and cant fini**** Im going back today and picking up some other fruity flavors. They do have the big cannisters of the dry powder too which is 50 gm serving and you mix them with 12 0z of water. IF the Apple Melon taste this good from the powder, i can live with this stuff. 2 a day and I can get in 100 gm protein and 24 oz water at the same time. The cannisters are 49.95 but are humongous and will last a long time. I think Im going with one of these fruity flavor powder mix's IF they can get me a sample of the powder first.

I like the Carnation instant breakfast, creamy milk chocolate flavor. Zero carb and sugar. Refrigerate, shake and drink. Works for me. Only 12g of protein though. So, I use powdered eggs to get more protein, and I am working on where to get the rest.

I make mine from scratch because I cant stand the sweet ones on the market. I take 1 and 1/2 scoop of Designer Whey vanilla from TJs., one packet splenda (since the Whey is sugarless), one heaping teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa, 6 oz milk 2% or less, one cup of ice cubes. I ice cru**** off and on until it is the consistency of a real milkshake.. HMMMMM Wonderful.

NECTAR! It's absolutely wonderful! Comes in 4 different flavors (that I'm aware of) Fuzzy Navel, Sour Apple, Roadside Lemonade, and Strawberry Kiwi. I drink Fuzzy Navel for breakfast, tastes like orange juice with peach juice mixed in. VERY tasty! It has 23 grams of protein per scoop, mixed with 8 oz of water or milk. I use my Magic Bullet to mix the powder into water. MUCH better then Isopure IMO as far as fruit flavored protein drinks go. D D

I purchase mine from the 'Vitamin Shoppe'. We have store here locally, but they also have a website. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com I LOVE the Fuzzy Navel. I haven't tried any others yet, but was considering the Roadside Lemonade. I'm told that one is a good one too. The ones I saw in the store were: Fuzzy Navel Roadhouse Lemonade Strawberry Kiwi Sour Apple On their website, they list NECTAR flavors as: Fuzzy Navel Caribbean Cooler Apple Estcasy Kiwi Strawberry Crystal Sky Roadside Lemonade Hope that helps, D D

Hello All, I am still pre op so I am not sure if my post op tastes will be the same but I really like the Nectar Fuzzy Navel and Roadside Lemonade. I tried the Crystal Sky and Lemon Tea also, the Crystal Sky I didn't like at all and the Lemon Tea was okay although it didn't really taste much like tea to me at all. I ordered mine from allstarhealth.com because we don't have a store locally. The shipping was only 4.95 no matter who much I ordered. They were 21.99 for a 2 lb bottle of powder. They have 36-8 oz servings per bottle. I also really like the Matrix 5.0 in Simply Vanilla and Real Chocolate. I ordered them in a 5lb bag that has 72-8 oz servings per bag. I think these cost 26.99 per bag. Another thing you might want to try is bariatriceating.com. The shipping price is a bit steep though but I ordered the protein sampler with the silver mixer. The samples I have tried so far are great. I had heard great things about Proplete products before and I must say I have been impressed. Best of luck to you!
