I went in to surgery on April 11. Seems April 11th and that night was pretty bad.. Lots of spitting up blood/dry heaves. So I must say I had a rough start. All went well after I stopped that. Got up walking, tried to eat on my popciles..( still scared to tho since what I just went thru.) Dr. B and his assistant checked in everyday, they are soo nice. As the nurses were too..they asked me if it was ok if LVN's doing their clinicals could attend to me I said sure.. ( I'm pretty easy goin ) I got the training LVN's and yes a few were male. They were pretty fun all of em.. they would take me to walk.. and when I was awake they would make sure I didnt want for anything. Don't get me wrong the regular RN's came in too.. Just the LVN's were just happy to be with a patient. ya know? The only bad thing was this: I was on the pediatric ward... It hurt my heart to hear all those childen cry. Many of them so young that they didnt understand what was going on... So I had to keep my room door shut and tv up louder. thanks to everyone who sent me msgs.. Its nice to come home and have ya mail box nearly full.. (( HUGS TO ALL )) Im not really in pain... just I need to lay down.. I'm a bit tired. TTUS.
