Does any suffer w/IBS? Lactose?

How has the surgery affect your attacks?

Hi J! I have IBS and am lactose intolerant as well. So far, I have been able to handle things by using soy milk to drink and skim milk in things that I cook. The only real problem that I have had is that I have had diarhea since the surgery, but they tell me not to worry since I have been eating mainly liquids up to this point. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that I haven't noticed any major changes but haven't had any major attacks either. Hope you have a good expreience as well! Amy
