First surgeon visit tomorrow!

I am sitting here at 9pm the night before my first surgeon appt. tomorrow and I am having major anxiety! I have already been through the info session, the psych eval and conversation with the dietician-I'm going through the Methodist Hospital Wellness program and I am very impressed. I guess just the aspect of actually putting into process what I've been thinking about for such a long time is overwhelming! I'm glad this web site is here for all the info. It also helps at times like this.

It will get better as the process moves along. These fears are normal, and by the time you have a date and get closer to it, hopefully you have a better understanding of what is to come and let me just tell ya it is a fantastic ride!...Id do it again in a heartbeat. Best of luck! Sandy

Sandy, Thanks so much for your encouragement! I did meet with Dr. Davis and it went well-I had done a lot of prep work so nothing was a big surprise-but it does make it more of a reality! They are submitting to the insurance so I guess now it's sit back and wait to hear! It's good to hear that you would do it all over again.
