Nerves?? 2 more days until surgery!!

Hey!! I have only 2 more days until surgery and the nerves are trying to kick in!! I am trying to keep my mind on other things and think that once this is over I will be on my way to a new life!! Please keep praying for my surgery and that I have peace!! I will update again before surgery!! I am in God hands! Thank you all and God Bless you!! Love, Stephanie

You'll do great Stephanie!! The nerves are normal. I wasn't really nervous until about 3 days before and then I was a wreck. But on surgery day once they put me into the pre-op bed I was calm all of a sudden. I couldn't wait for them to put me out so I could wake up on the other side. And now, 6 days out, all is right with the world. I'll be thinking of you on your big day. Hang in there it won't be much longer. Meg Lap RNY 04/04/05 #'s lost 11.5

Good luck Stephanie. We'll be thinking of you and praying that you have an uneventful surgery. Remember: If God takes you to it, He will take you though it. Ever since I read that line, I have had some sense of peace, although I am sure the nerves will set in next week at this time! Stay safe.

Hi Stephanie! Congratulations! It wont be long now. I too had a inner peace throughout the entire process so I knew I my heart it was the right choice for me. I will keep you in my prayers that you will find this inner peace. Your going to do GREAT! Hugs, Sandy
