I Made It!!!

Hey guys, I got home yesterday. Feeling pretty sore after the 4.5 hr drive, but still all in all pretty good. I keep coughing and have to wear this stooooopid looking "gas mask" that my hubby uses in pest control. It works, but I look like I belong in Star Wars!!!! I have allergies that make me cough instead of sneeze and stuff. And coughing HURTS!!!! N E Way, Just wanted to let everyone know I am doing fine. Will be back later when I have more energy. Oh don't I feel your pain. I got back home and the oak mold hit me and I've been coughing like crazy. It does hurt but it's also good because it opens your lungs and expels any byproducts of the anesthesia. Welcome home!

Oh, yeah, I remember coughing and even laughing post-op. OUCH! Keep wearing the mask. It protects you and your family. Welcome home! Glad surgery went well. Don't forget to keep walking often at home, even if it's around your back yard (or parking lot if you live in an apt.). Welcome back!
