My date is the 20th-this is my first post

Hi Pam, I think we were in Dr de la Torres pre op class together. I was in the hot pink sweatsuit and my fiancee kept coming in to check on me. My surgery is scheduled for 12:30 so I guess we will be in recovery together, see you in the halls!

Hi Carol, Oh yes, I remember you! Since we have the same surgeons, maybe we will be neighbors and can take walks together. I am excited about the surgery, yet kind of nervous at the same time. This website is great! I have learned so much from the post-ops patients. Hey, I have a question? I bought a bottle of liquid mulitvitamin from GNC and tried it today. It is putrid. I could barely keep it down and know it will be a problem post-op when I really need it. What vitamin have you decided to take? Pam

I am bought the flintstones chewable multi with iron and minerals for now. They don't taste too bad and then I was thinking about maybe trying some of the other "bariatric formulas" later, but they are rather pricey. Not extremely so, but I did go out and buy a bunch of lotion to try to help with the elasticity of the skin so maybe it will mostly all go back into place
