post-op and wanting advice

The profile is for my mom, edie. She just had surgery (lap banding) yesterday. She is home now and doing well. I was just wondering if any of ya'll knew of any websites that have the carnation instant breakfast, or the vitamins (multi, etc) cheap. Thanks! Carina

I dont know of any websites but I bought my Gummi Vites (just like gummi bears) at Sam's for like 7.99 for 200... I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night to equal an adult dosage. You should be able to find Carnation Instant Breakfast (Carb Control) in the grocery store aisles. Sam's might carry this in bulk too.

I bought the vitamist sprays for the multiple vitamins, the Zinc and Vitamin c and the B12. 2 sprays 4x a day. They work great. Got those at bariatric eating I think.
