I gotta loose A L O T! Ive seen her in concert and she is teeny~ tiny ~tall ~and thin...
Ive never had a c section but I hear the open is alot like a c section. I do know keeping a small pillow handy to cover your tummy with for support does help when you have to cough and deep breathe. I would think you would be on a morpheine pump too, if so, just keep it close and click it...It helped A L O T to get myself comfortable with the medication BEFORE even trying to get up or turn over or even walk.
