Finally a Surgery Date. It only took 2 years!!

My surgery date is april 8th 2005. This is going to become my new birthday!! After jumping through every hoop that Bluegrass Insurance asked me to, they never would approve me. My employeer changed insurance carriers in Jan. 2005 and after submitting my claim 1 time, I was approved. All of my tests are complete and I am ready to go!
