I'm having my lap RNY on April 13th and I've been packed for quite some time now, considering I was originally scheduled for Oct. 21, then Feb 2, now April 13th. Don't forget your tongs and baby wipes. I wish us all the very best with our surgeries and recoveries!
Kitchen tongs like you use to get hot corn on the cob out of the pot.
They say we won't be able to reach behind us to wipe after using the bathroom, and I've seen numerous suggestions on the main board to get the tongs and baby wipes for that purpose.
