No surgery date after all!
It seems that my surgery date is not April 4 but March 4 (Dr. office told me today). The insurance company never sent them a copy of the approval letter so they really have not scheduled a date after all.
Ins. Co. was confused!!! While talking to the insurance company about this I discovered my approval wasn't even for surgery. It was, and I am quoting the BCBS lady, "You aren't approved for surgery, you are approved for NON-LIFE THREATENING HYPERTENSION!"
Now I am scared!!!! 
Since BCBS approved for me to get it,
I think they ought to 
cover 100% of the medicine 
for it (high blood pressure).
I certainly didn't ask for it!!!!
