Hey! My surgery is april 5th, and I'm somewhat nervious too. I know who holds my future, so when I get scared I breathe and I ask God to help my fears. He knows tha I just want a better quality of life.. So we will be laughing about all of our fears as we reach our goals, shopping etc.. My God bless, Edna

Dear Michelle, How great is that????? Fantastic for you. It's really happening at last. I'm going through the same emotions--vacillating between elation and scared out of my wits. My date is April 6. Just found out a few days ago.I didn't know about this board either--just showed up after I posted my date. Terry

Has anyone started having pain their side, my left side has been hurting a little at night when i lie down, it sort of pulse aches.. I have no tubes , appendex is gone, so is the gallbladder. Hum! just wondering what it could be.. My surgery is scheduled for april 5th.. I hope this is nothing to hinder me.. blessings to all, Edna

Hi everyone, my surgery date is 4/21 and I am totally excited, nervous and a little panicky.

I just received my packet from the doctors office of what I need to do pre-op and post-op and I'm freaking out a little bit.

I can't believe this is finally going to happen. Sometimes I feel like this is to good to be true, and some big mean insurance processor is going to call me and say there has been some mistake. I know, I'm a little crazy.
