vitamins..

I'd like to know what are some of the vitamins everyone is taking. Im supose to be off the flinstones chewables I dont know if to take a reg tablet or do i stick with something chewable????????? Lemme know.. Thanks, Jennifer Baglio

Jennifer, Go to bariatricadvantage.com they have a whole bunch of vitamins and other things for us. The vitamins are all chewable. I take their citrus flavored mutlit vitamin and they taste good. I also take a vitamin a/d from twin lab and my Dr. has me on a prescription Iron. Hope this helps. Take care and God Bless.
