LADY QUESTIONS ABOUT LADY THINGS
Hello Ladies,
I was wondering if anyone else go's through what I go through ummmm, about once a month if you know what I mean. I have the most heart ranching cravings for everything that is suppose to make me dump like chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate during this time. Here's the thing I don't dump at all. If anything I get a little gas here and there but I don't dump what I crave. Anyone else experience these things or is it just mua?
Same here. About 2 weeks before my cycle starts, I just want to eat anything and everything I can. Sadly I don't dump much on sugar. I polished off 2 medium sized bags of m&m's last week and a few packages of mini candy bars. It's hard and I'm working on nipping this in the bud before I start gaining. Your not alone.
I can totally relate to this. I feel like I can not get full a few weeks before that time. I have always been able to eat sweets, but can limit myself. I dont go overboard on them. I am surrounded at work by chocolate and other sweets ever day (which is usually my own fault cuz I stock the candy dishes)....and it makes everyone else around me cranky sometimes too cuz they dont have any self control either. I try to eat more protein and drink lots of water and other liquids to help curb my cravings. For the first time since my surgery a year ago, I gained weight last week. almost 7 lbs. Scared the crap out of me. I am back down now to where I was before that bad week, but its enough to shock you, beleive me. I wanted to be down to 220 by my birthday on the 7th of next month, so I have 6 more lbs to lose in the next 15 days and my time of the month is coming....keep your fingers crossed for me. Keep up the great work.

Hey lady's it is so good to know that I am not alone, now I can come out of the dark with my monthly addiction lol! No really I appreciate your response and I hope that it gets easier for you and I to resist those nasty cravings. Maybe every time this time of the month comes. We can go on a workout spree and eat lots of protein shakes to make us full and curve the sweet tooth. Easier said than done huh.lol
