I found a new food item....slim jim brand beef jerky, hickory smoked flavor....never really like the stuff, but this is so different. The texture is a wee bit softer so it doesn't hurt my teeth, the taste is very nice too.
Calores:80
Total Fat: 1.5 g
Carb: 2g
Protein: 15 g
BTW, there are 3.5 servings in the bag....I think I am really hooked on this stuff....
Never thought i would ever say that I "enjoyed" beef jerky....

April 19th was my one year and feel great. 145 lbs lighter, and clothes off the rack. Still losing but slower, much slower. It has/is an adventure and am looking forward to the rest of the Journey.
