I agree your arms and boobs look great. If I get brave enough that is probably what I will do first as well. But then my stomach will look even bigger. Oh well ....... It will be a while before I have the leave time or the money to do anything. Thanks for sharing. Do you notice less back pain or is it to soon. I have a lot of back and shoulder pain, I thought might go away with a reduction/lift.

Wow - Lara. That is a lot to absorb for one day. I admire you a lot for even thinking about so much surgery, so much pain. Fortunately, you are young which will certainly speed up your recovery process. You are very lucky that you have the options that you do.
Keep us posted on your thought processes. I've noticed that as I approached goal the excess skin is more apparent than on the way down. I think that having some body fat fluffed it up in some way and now I can really see it. Whether I'll do anything about it is another question for another day.

My goal was to get healthy first off, and to get maaaaaaybe under 200 lbs. Isn't it amazing how things warp in our minds?!

Before Surgery I was wearing a 40D ... now I am a 36B/36C depending on what kind of bra it is. I am amazed that they "stand" on their own & I no longer need the "push up & pull them in" bras. I have a lot more choices & can actually buy from Victoria's Secret if I wanted to
