need help finding someone

I need help finding a doctor who takes my insurance. i have found doctors who take Michigan medicaid but not my php they call it something else. I found someone on the website that had the surgery and had Mi Medicaid Php and her name is Jessica Harman but i cant seem to email her to talk to her and ask her some questions please help me find jessica. Jessica if your out there can you please reply i need to talk to someone who has went through this. If anyone can help with finding a doctor please let me know. Thanks for your help
