Just an update
Finally....after all but 2 months of standing still, I lost 3 pounds..woohooooo After 14 months, I've lost 149 pounds. I've still got a long way to go, but I'm not giving up. I've also been feeling very very tired, weak, drained, and cranky...been feeling this way since about February....finally got some idea of what it is. My blood sugars are rising and falling very fast all the time. I eat, my body kicks in making its insulin, but at the same time, my body's digetsting the food quicker than normal so by the time the insulin is made, my food's already digested which maked my blood sugar go way down. I feel crapy all the time The good news...i'm being sent to a dietician for them to help me plan meals and snacks that will keep the blood sugars more level instead of going up and down all the time. Wish me luck.
