Where is everybody today???? Anybody out there?? Here's my day so far: 12 oz herbal tea B- 1 c. Kashi Go Lean Crunch, 1 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana 16 oz water S1 - 2 plums, 1/2 banana Exercise - 2 mile walking workout L- small salad with 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz. lf cheese, 2 T. lf dressing S2 - 2 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges, celery S3 (if I need it) - soy crisps or pirate's booty D - orange roughy grilled or baked, sm. baked potato, veggies or small salad S4- fruit or veggies w/ some kind of protein Upping my calories seems to be helping because since I was at the dr. on May 17th I have lost 4 lbs! I am to officially weigh in and report back to her on Monday to see if this is working. Let's hope it sticks! Dawn 287/188.5(whoo hoo!)/160-170
