What are you eating today?
Ok, I think i should do this again today!. . .because reviewing what I ate yesterday scares me.
Breakfast:
1 slice whole wheat french toast
Lunch: Unknown
Dinner: Unknown
Vitamins:
2 SF One A Day - EATEN
4 viatives yet to come.
Liquids:
Drinking a SF CF Diet Pepsi(20 oz)
Drinking 32 oz of CF Vanilla Creme Tea (god love the folks at bigalow. . .)

My dr. had a dietician review a few days of my fitday logs and determined that I am not eating enough. I should be eating between 1200-1300 calories and that I eat too much fat avg 35%. I should be getting 25-30%. The culprit CHEESE!!!
So here's today's plan:
16 oz crystal light
B- 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, 1 pear
16 oz water
50 minute Strictly strength workout. This is the first time I took this class. Kicked my butt!
L - 2 oz. grilled chicken breast, 2 mini whole wheat pitas, mustard, 1 T. mayo
16 oz water
S1 - 1/4 c. hummus, baby carrots
S2 - snack size sf pudding (if needed)
water
D- fish and veggies. I eat so much fish and tuna I am surprised I am not growing scales and gills.
S - some kind of protein and veggie
So that's the plan. Doing well so far and I am eating lunch. Afternoon and evenings are the hardest for me. That's when the snackies attack!
Vitamins - all onboard.
Lunch -
1st attempt - tomato soup - 3 bites in and I felt like crap emotionally. . .so rather than hurl perfectly good soup because I was upset while I ate it. . .I stopped.
2nd attempt - slice of bbq chicken pizza with my sweetie. That worked fine.
Snack:
Popcorn and 3 SF turtles
Liquids:
32 oz of tea drank
20 oz of sf sierra mist - flattened and watered down.
(plus the pepsi from this am, even it its naughty diet soda, still getting the fluids in. . . .)
Dinner - unsure.
Hmmm... I didn't FitDay it yet... but...
