Motivation - Day ONE

I'm In. I needed this - I too am tired of being negative beating myself up for not getting to my goal in the 1st 12 months and by being this way "ate myself" back up 12 pounds. I went CARB CRAZY!!!!!! My pants are getting tight....I hate this feeling of gaining weight Back on the Wagon TODAY B - Protein Shake L - String Cheese and Deli Turkey D - Water - 84 ozs so far today Sissy 288/170now/140 goal lowest weight was 158.....I gained back to 170 by not using my tool. I take full responsibility.

Best laid plans. The day went as follows: Snack- Dexatrim Lemon Crisp Protein Bar Lunch- Dexatrim Lemon Crisp Protein Bar Snack- Plain pinto beans, few bites cottage cheese Dinner- *while moving rooms around (again, can't seem to figure out the best way to make use of the rooms here - immediate stress* 2 chocolate chip cookies, and at least two servings of soy crisps... Liquids- 16 oz crystal light, 32 oz coffee, 24 oz CF Diet Pepsi, 16 oz SF Monster Energy Drink 1100 cals 42 fat 101 carbs (lower if I take out the sugar alcohols in the protein bars) 92 protein I'm beat. Should go to bed and avoid any more stress eating. Beth 313/298/151 /130
