I've made a photo documentation of my weight loss for my year anniversary- April 23 (I know it's almost been 13 months). Way to go! You look superbly skinny! It's amazing how wonderful everyone looks after only one year. Our lives have changed in such a dramatic way.

Thanks everyone!!! Beth, I'm 5'3". The doc said my weight should be 115 lbs But I think 135 will be just fine for me. Who listens to the doc anyway lol
