I've made a photo documentation of my weight loss for my year anniversary- April 23 (I know it's almost been 13 months). It's pretty scary

how I looked before, although it was 6 am

Way to go! You look superbly skinny! It's amazing how wonderful everyone looks after only one year. Our lives have changed in such a dramatic way.

Thanks everyone!!! Beth, I'm 5'3". The doc said my weight should be 115 lbs

But I think 135 will be just fine for me. Who listens to the doc anyway
