Ok, I confess I found chocolate teddy grams. Oh my lord, developed by the devil himself! I will NEVER buy those again, I ate a whole box between last night and this morning. My first chocolate that didn't come in the form of a protein shake or bar since surgery! Those things are just tooo yummy. Thank god I don't have little ones around who eat them!
Ok. Today:
B - protein shake, 2 cups of coffee sf creamer
S - chocolate teddy grams, grapes (too many of both).
L - protein shake and/or tuna
S - either I didn't have at lunch!
D - ????
Water situation is terrible today, have to get busy!!!
I was so tempted to jump on the scale this morning, but I didn't do it...I officially weigh in tomorrow...keep those fingers crossed...I need the extra mojo.

Started on my water...but don't know if I can get my exercise in today...everyone has taken the day off, but me...so somebody has to stick around and watch the office to make sure no one steals the desk.

Lunch-3 ounces of turkey yogurt
more coffee
later I'll have my protein drink mixed with crystal lite (32 ounces)
Dinner- don't know yet
I gained a pound back so now I am 154.5 again.
I don't feel like I am eating enough, I need to talk to my surgeon about this. I eat my 3 meals no snacks. My meals are between 3-4 ounces. He told me only 3 meals a day and no snacks, I feel like I need to get in more calories to get the rest of my weight off, also I am feeling tired.

Splash skim & ice ... blended

1 oz ham
1 oz cheddar
4 bites low sugar granola
1 bite real "white" cheap ass chocolate - followed by dumping!
Snack-
Iced coffee/light cream/=
1 sugar free chocolate cookie
