Friday's foods and a scale change!

141 today... finally a change... Breakfast- EAS Morning Energy Bar Coffee/half and half/cocoa powder/= Beth 313/298/141/130 11 lbs to personal goal! Someday I'll fly, someday I'll soar, someday I'll be so much more than my body gives me credit for. Why is it not my time? What is there more to learn? Shed this skin I've been tripping in, never to quite return... -J. Mayer

Ok, I confess I found chocolate teddy grams. Oh my lord, developed by the devil himself! I will NEVER buy those again, I ate a whole box between last night and this morning. My first chocolate that didn't come in the form of a protein shake or bar since surgery! Those things are just tooo yummy. Thank god I don't have little ones around who eat them! Ok. Today: B - protein shake, 2 cups of coffee sf creamer S - chocolate teddy grams, grapes (too many of both). L - protein shake and/or tuna S - either I didn't have at lunch! D - ???? Water situation is terrible today, have to get busy!!!

I was so tempted to jump on the scale this morning, but I didn't do it...I officially weigh in tomorrow...keep those fingers crossed...I need the extra mojo. Pre-B = Carb Control Smoothie B = Power Crunch L = JC Vegtable Beef Soup D = JC Turkey Chili S = JC Almond Trail Mix Started on my water...but don't know if I can get my exercise in today...everyone has taken the day off, but me...so somebody has to stick around and watch the office to make sure no one steals the desk. 343/330/???/180-for PS

Hi all! B-1/2 a cup of Koshee Go Lean cereal, 1/4 cup of FF atkins milk coffee with sugar free creamer Lunch-3 ounces of turkey yogurt more coffee later I'll have my protein drink mixed with crystal lite (32 ounces) Dinner- don't know yet I gained a pound back so now I am 154.5 again. I don't feel like I am eating enough, I need to talk to my surgeon about this. I eat my 3 meals no snacks. My meals are between 3-4 ounces. He told me only 3 meals a day and no snacks, I feel like I need to get in more calories to get the rest of my weight off, also I am feeling tired. 283/154.5/140 Mechelle

I lied - I was actually at 140 this morning, yay! Had to go potty! TMI? Never! Anyways- Snack- 2 Twist Cheese Sticks 1 oz ham Lunch- Chicken/Spinach/Cheese Sausage Couple bites Green Soybean Pasta in Tomato Sauce Snack- Carb Countdown Strawberry Yogurt 1 scoop VPX Protein Vanilla 1/2C frozen berries Splash skim & ice ... blended Dinner- 1 oz ham 1 oz cheddar 4 bites low sugar granola 1 bite real "white" cheap ass chocolate - followed by dumping! Snack- Iced coffee/light cream/= 1 sugar free chocolate cookie Beth -158, 10 to go!
