TGIF - Food journals
Okay ladies lets finish off the work week with a bang! Can you tell I am happy this morning? Not only because it's FRIDAY but because the SCALE moved! I lost 1.5 lbs this week! Only 2.5 lbs to the century club! Whoo hoo!! I guess pumping up the exercise has really helped.
So anyway here is my plan for the day
2 mile ramping class - DONE
16 oz. crystal light
B - 1 c. optimum power slim cereal, 1 c. skim milk
water
S1 - grapes or 1/2 banana
45 min. Functional training class using stability ball
water
L - 1/4 c. hummus with cucumbers and soy crisps, apple if I am still hungry
water
S2 - 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/fruit
water
D - I think I am taking the kiddo's to Wendy's so either a cup of chili and a side salad or a salad.
