It is very sunny today and the thermometer is starting to climb here in the desert...woohoo! Having lost almost half of my insulation I need the heat... ----------------------------------------- Still doing the Jenny Craig thing...I am wondering if they have different food all these carbs are not making pouchie happy. Pre-B = 1cup Hood Carb Countdown Choc Milk B = Sunrise Sandwich (english muffin, egg, ham)...only ate 1/2 the muffin L = Beef Chowmein D = Pasta Primivera Waiting for the muffin to go down before I can start my water...at this rate it could be all day; however, 30 minutes more and I'll give it a try. 343/244/180-for PS

I'm not up to snuff today. Only 24 oz of propel so far. B - protein shake, 2 cups coffee with creamer S - popcorn L - ? probably salad S - ? probably nothing D - Not sure Gotta work some more on water! Stil exercising about the same, daily walks with Wally the dog. After upping my prozac I've been having some anxiety/panic attack issues. Ugh. Losing more inches...will measure tonight. Pants are getting too big again, but the scale isn't moving.

Lunch was some taco salad. Went to taco bell and ate about 1/2 of it, no beans, no shell. S - trail mix About done with liquids.

16 oz water B:1/2 c. oatmeal made with 1 c. skim milk & 1/2 banana 2 mile walk away the pounds 16 oz. crystal light L: chicken salad sandwich- 1 oz chicken breast, 1 oz shredded cheese, 1/2 T. low fat mayo, 1 slice wheat bread 2T. hummus and 4 cuke slices, 1/4 pita Now I have to stop before I blow up. I think I am addicted to hummus. I love the stuff! Have to be careful because there is a major gas issue!!! More water D: tilipia and veggies Dawn

Oh wow - you had your surgery the day before me! Congratulations on almost being one year out! Here's what I've eaten so far today: B: 1 lo-fat yogurt 1 orange and 1 banana Snack: 1 donut hole, strawberries and blueberries (about 1/4 cup) Lunch: 1 bag lite butter popcorn 3 slices swiss cheese Dinner: Will have 10 sea scallops 1 pkg frozen green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic Snack: Probably another bag of popcorn I eat a LOT these days, which is probably why I have not lost anything in about 4 months.
