One Year a week away!!!

I am so happy the last year has changed my entire life and how I feel about everything around me. I had WLS at 399lbs on surgery day and after just a year I am down past my goal of 209# but am a happy 196#!!! I went from a size 58 pants to a 36 almost ready for a 34!! I can say how wonderful I feel and could not be happier with Dr Liem in West Palm Beach. His skillful work has proven effective in ways to me that even he will never know. I hope that everyone has had much success and happiness as I have found. I can finally keep up with my kids and have changed my thinking and eating habits so that i will never go the other way again!!! Bless you all that have been thru this and way to go to everyone!!!! We're so very similar Joey! I started in men's jeans that were size 58, and now it's size 34 or 32 that are comfortable for me. I have also lost from a high of over 400lbs to 188-186. CONGRATULATIONS on your incredible journey!!!!! Hugs, ~Lara
