Am I Crazy???

Every day, no matter what I ate the whole rest of the day before this, at 3pm I get really nauseated. Like if I have to drink or eat anything I'll puke. Really. It doesn't matter if I cheated, followed the rules exactly or anything.

I thought maybe I need more protein, didn't help. Maybe I'm dehydrated, although by 3pm I've normally had at least 60 oz of water/crystal lite or something similar.

The ONLY thing that helps at all are wintergreen altoids. Like I have to have one in my mouth from a few minutes to three until five pm. Usually by dinner time I'm feeling better. If not I just gag down a protein drink and go to bed. Dinner is at about 5:30-6:30pm, depending on family schedules.

So, am I nutz??? Anyone have any guesses? I've been dealing with this for weeks and weeks and the nurse is no help. Thanks!!!

everyday! It does not matter what I eat or drink! I could have been great and followed all the rules all day! I don't drink protien, my doctor did not want us to. Sometimes I can just take my vitamins and it happens. My doctor has NO CLUE! Frustrated!!!!

I want a normal life back! Your not nuts! Everyone else is! hehe

Okay- I don't know all the details- but have you tried reverting back to all liquids? ((hugs)) Maybe it's time for a new doctor entirely! Melting Mama *
