1 Nitro Tech Protein Bar

64 oz warm tea
Lots'o'coffee
*Appetite not good today, only craving what I cannot have- fighting demons! Gotta cold, I'm sure that explains a lot too.

Okay...didn't stick to my plan...changes:
D = 1cup hamburger gravy
S = 12 grapes, 3 pcs of Mango, 3 strawberries
S = 2 sl salami, 3 sl havarti cheese
I got all my water in, so now I'm going to bed before I eat anything else.
