Breakfast- 3 bites organic o's --- from DD's dish Lunch- 1 fat free turkey dog Dinner- 1 oz beef jerky Snacking- Small handful plain M & M's 1 Nitro Tech Protein Bar Liquids- 64 oz warm tea Lots'o'coffee *Appetite not good today, only craving what I cannot have- fighting demons! Gotta cold, I'm sure that explains a lot too. -beth

Okay...didn't stick to my plan...changes: D = 1cup hamburger gravy S = 12 grapes, 3 pcs of Mango, 3 strawberries S = 2 sl salami, 3 sl havarti cheese I got all my water in, so now I'm going to bed before I eat anything else. Total for Today: Calories - 1,109 Fat - 54 Carbs - 33 Protein - 118 Better...but not great...I'm working on great.
