I want to share my problem
Thanks for the post Josie: I have been struggling with the food portion of this wls lately. I do try to get in 60 mins of cardio 5 times a week, but when your eating wrong stuff, the scale doesn't go doward and I maintain. I like your idea about looking back at what worked in the past. I plan to re-evaluate myself and regain control over my life. If Jenny Craig works for you go for it!! I remember right before my surgery I gave away all my Weigh****chers stuff thinking I would never need that after WLS.....WRONG!! You need ever positive tool you have used to lose weight....I can't talk about the maintenence portion, because I am not there yet.... but I refuse to be a negative statistic, so help me GOD!!

I am glad my post helped you. I've already hotlinked the Jenny Craig site on my computer so I can find the number on my anniversary if I can't take back control on my own. Like you I refuse to be a negative statistic...I will beat this and achieve my personal goal. Thank you for listening to my problem and supporting me while I battle my demon
Hello I had found myself eating alot of junk foods too.. So when I went to the DR this past 16th She told me to start eating salads with chesse and bacon bits in it and thats what I've been doin Now when I want a snack I go and fix me alittle salad... And it has helped me ALOT... My scales started moving again.. Maybe you can try this too... I think it just a stage were all going threw right now... But maybe this will help you too..
